Forum integration + Design 100% done

The forum has now been finally fully integrated into the main site design. I still need to get the smilies to parse the codes out to the main page but it's not doing that for some reason. So I will have to see about fixing that. Also, all the categories which I will associate myself with has been linked up. Feel free to register and start posting.
