So I've started doing Carmichael Training System (CTS) on improving my power output. I can barely sustain 800W+ for 30seconds :( I am lame on the trainer bike. So I've started doing that. It's not so bad. I can do intervals of ~500W steady for 6-20mins :P 110+ cadence. So I guess I'm not that bad off in terms of cardio. After the hour training = ~1200 calories lost and my legs didn't feel sore so I guess its good intensity and I can actually hold 500watt output :P. Need to work to sustain that kind of power ~500watt and really start working.

Edit (Sun/March 22/2009): Nvm, when I thought my max watt output was 807 was actually inaccurate, apperantly the machine I'm running on only goes up as high as 807 watts lawl. ><

What motivates me?
